How it works
1. Submit Your Request
Share your vision. Whether it’s a ring, earrings, or necklace. We’ll talk through your budget, timeline, and any inspiration you may have so the process is clear from the start.
2. Consultation
Most projects begin with a consult, either in person or virtually. This is where we refine ideas together, answer questions, and explore options for your piece.
3. Quote
Before design work begins, you’ll receive a detailed quote based on your chosen materials and direction. This ensures clarity and confidence before moving forward.
4. Design
Once your quote is approved, we’ll bring your piece to life on paper or screen, through sketches or CAD renderings, so you can visualize the final design.
5. Create
Your piece is carefully crafted with precision and attention to detail, using high-quality materials and trusted techniques to bring your design to life.
6. Enjoy
When complete, your bespoke piece will be delivered or arranged for pickup. We’ll also provide care guidelines to help keep it beautiful for years to come.

Most bespoke projects take 6–10 weeks from design approval to completion, though timelines may vary depending on complexity and communication. We recommend giving yourself 3 months before you need your piece, to ensure a stress free experience. Rush orders may be accomodated, please inquire.

We work with diamonds (lab-grown and natural), coloured gemstones, and moissanite. Many clients are drawn to alternative stones and non-traditional cuts, such as sapphire, salt-and-pepper or rose-cut diamonds, for a more distinctive engagement ring. For everyday wear, we often recommend diamond or sapphire for their durability, but we’re happy to explore all options with you.
